3. Enquiries, Quotations & Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project. Any quotation or proposal issued by Tech Vendhan may be subject to scope, assumptions, availability, third-party costs and other conditions stated in that document.

A project generally begins after the relevant scope and commercial terms have been accepted and any required advance payment or onboarding requirements have been completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, content, brand assets, access credentials and other materials reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

• Information and materials supplied by the client should be lawful and accurate.
• The client should have the necessary rights or permissions to use supplied content, images, trademarks and other materials.
• Delays in approvals, access or required materials may affect project timelines.
• The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving final content, advertising materials and website information before publication where approval is requested.

5. Fees & Payments

Service fees, payment schedules, taxes, third-party expenses and other commercial terms will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be scheduled or continued based on receipt of the required payment. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, advertising spend, premium software, stock assets or external platform fees may be billed separately where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables depend on the agreed scope and payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tech Vendhan retains rights in its pre-existing materials, internal methods, reusable components, frameworks, processes, templates and know-how.

Client-provided materials remain the responsibility of the client. Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, software, stock media and platform components remain subject to their respective licence terms.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Digital marketing and website projects may depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, social networks, payment services, plugins or other software providers.

Tech Vendhan does not control the availability, policies, pricing, algorithms, technical changes or service interruptions of third-party platforms. Changes made by such providers may affect campaign performance, website functionality, rankings, advertising delivery or other project outcomes.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the Tech Vendhan website only for lawful purposes. You must not knowingly attempt to interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access, misuse forms or communications, scrape or reproduce protected website content in a manner that violates applicable law, or use the website to infringe the rights of others.

9. Performance, Results & Liability

Digital marketing, SEO, advertising and lead-generation outcomes can be affected by competition, market conditions, customer behaviour, platform algorithms, advertising policies, budgets, website quality and many other factors. Therefore, unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Tech Vendhan does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, sales volume, revenue, advertising result or business outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Vendhan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platform changes, service interruptions or a project outcome outside the agreed scope.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service engagement in accordance with the termination provisions contained in the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement. Amounts already due for services performed, approved expenses or committed third-party costs may remain payable after termination.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse or other legitimate business reasons.

For an active client project, the terms contained in the signed or accepted project agreement, quotation or statement of work will continue to govern that engagement to the extent they differ from general website terms.
